After the Brighton Photo Walk, street photographer Linda Wisdom and participants of the event came in to have their best shots printed with us.
We Shoot People! photography meetup group organised their first photo walk outside London in partnership with theprintspace.
After a day out of street photography in Brighton the participants came to print their favourite images at our Talk & Print Evening with Linda Wisdom.
Linda set the theme to ‘travel’ as many of the participants are about to exhibit their work at this year’s London Photo Festival. Dave, head of production, gave the curious ongoing exhibitors a tour through our theprintspace facilities and showed them how our prints are produced.
Of most interest was not only the range of our professional C-Type and Giclee Prints but also the mounting and framing services we offer. With the help of our sample pack the group could compare our different paper types and find the most suited for their works.
They also had a close look at the different mounting options: from acrylic reverse to aluminium, there was one for everyone.
We showed Linda and the guys how easy it is to prepare your files and drop them at one of our work stations. They then had time to prepare and softproof their images in our retouching booths.
And finally at the end of a lovely evening they all got their best image from the Brighton Photo Walk printed on A4 Fuji Matt paper.
Excited to see their work in print for the first time, we look forward to welcoming them back to print and mount their images with us for future exhibitions.
If you are planning to exhibit your work, come in or contact us. We offer free services for students and our sample packs are a great way to explore our papers!
