Children’s Books
Today we take a break from photography and bring you the work of illustrator Lisa Hunt.
“At an early age, thanks to my Dad, I discovered a passion for drawing. I also enjoyed reading and was inspired by the illustrations in my children’s books. I knew that when I grew up, I wanted to create illustrations that hopefully others would enjoy too.
“I studied Fine Art at Coventry University which gave me the opportunity to develop my illustrative style in a different medium and story tell on a larger scale. After graduating, I discovered computers and the joys of working digitally. I particularly enjoy drawing characters and objects constructed from simple organic shapes.
“Looking ahead, I’d love to illustrate more children’s books and to bring some of my work to life by learning how to animate.”
