Create the future. Your chance to invest in theprintspace & creativehub

Remember, when investing your capital is at risk. Approved by Seedrs

At theprintspace we have never stopped innovating and investing in our future and the future of the industry.

We started in 2007 and pioneered online professional art & photographic printing. We launched the hub in 2014. In 2019 we relaunched the hub as creativehub with a new interface, and we successfully expanded our print operations into Germany, with the USA and Asia on the horizon.

Last week we launched https://version.new/ This is a game changing remote working tool . It was engineered as an add-on to creativehub to allow people to easily share and communicate on creative projects.  We built it in record time to help keep the creative industry moving.

Our future is exciting! Since our establishment, our success has been driven by our loyal client base, so we want to give you the chance to own a slice of our innovative, boundary-pushing company.

Today we are offering you a  once-only opportunity to invest in the growth of theprintspace and creativehub, two brands that form one single investment. Watch this video for a in-depth explanation of the opportunity:

This funding round is being offered to our clients through Seedrs, an equity crowdfunding platform authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

This will run privately to our clients for two weeks before then going public on the Seedrs website. You can invest from as little as £12 and own a stake in the equity of our company. This will help us further develop and gloablly market the following:

Creativehub

Creativehub is a free cloud software platform with 40,000 active users. Via the web or mobile apps, creatives can sell their art online, store & share files and collaborate on their creative projects.

Creativehub is also the software that facilitates our print operations, and enables users to order professional art & photographic prints, or physical 3D prints, which we produce at our own print production facilities, our printspaces.

Version.new

An extension of creativehub, version.new is a free file transfer and remote working tool.  It sits on Google’s new .New domain extension exclusively for performing new actions online.

Users can send links to projects,  chat live and comment and mark up files, upload and track new versions of files, resolve previous comments and then finally allow downloads. The best part is that neither the sender of the files or the recipients need accounts to use it, so it is completely friction free.

theprintspace

We currently have printspace production studios in London, the original, and since 2019, Dusseldorf. We will use the proceeds of this round to drive growth through marketing and to launch our New York production facility.

So why make this offer now? Some might say now is not the time to be thinking of investment, given what is happening in the world. But as well as doing our part to help keep the economy going, we think it is important to look forward, to see an enlightened future, and be a part of creating it.

A global print network reduces carbon emissions and empowers the individual to sell art online, globally. Remote working tools enable freedom, communication and reduce our need to travel. A cloud storage system preserves and maximises the potential of an archive. We also plan to connect our users with new potential clients using the platform.

You can invest, and by doing so can help to create the future of the creative industry with theprintspace and creativehub. Invest now from as little as £12.

Our future is exciting, become a part of it.

Investing involves risks, including loss of capital, illiquidity, lack of dividends and dilution, and should be done only as part of a diversified portfolio.
