Once you have connected your website to creativehub, this connection will be listed in your creativehub account. If you do not see this connection in your account, then your website has not been connected correctly and therefor we will not receive your customer orders. Here is how to check:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right of the page<\/li>
  2. Select \u2018Art store settings\u2019 from the drop down<\/li>
  3. Click \u2018Integrations\u2019 from the left hand side menu options<\/li>
  4. Here we list your website integrations. If your website is connected, we\u2019ll display the website URL along with a \u2018Disconnect\u2019 button. If your website is not connected, you\u2019ll see the \u2018Connect\u2019 button.
