A custom insert is an A4 PDF \u2014 typically a thank-you note, care guide, or message about your work \u2014 that ships inside the package with each print order.<\/p>\n<h4>How to upload a custom insert<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to your drop, either during setup in the wizard or after publishing.<\/li>\n<li>Find the <strong>Personal Letter Insert<\/strong> step (in the wizard) or the <strong>Letter insert<\/strong> tile (on the Edit Options hub after publishing).<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Yes, include letter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Upload Your Letter<\/strong> card, click <strong>Upload your letter<\/strong> and choose your A4 PDF file. The file is validated on upload, and pages within 7% of A4 are auto-cropped to fit.<\/li>\n<li>Once uploaded, the letter is automatically selected for that drop and saved to your Media Library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Reuse letters on future drops<\/h4>\n<p>Your uploaded letters appear in your Media Library (left sidebar \u2192 Media Library) and under <strong>Previously uploaded letters<\/strong> on any new drop.
