Here&#x27;s how to put it right.<\/p>\n<h4>Update your card on file<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Financial<\/strong> in the sell app.<\/li>\n<li>Find the <strong>Card on file<\/strong> section and update or re-enter your card details.<\/li>\n<li>Once you&#x27;ve saved, theprintspace will automatically retry the charge for the failed order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>If your drop shipping payment still fails<\/h4>\n<p>If your card details are correct and the payment still fails, or you&#x27;re not sure which order failed, please get in touch at info@theprintspace.co.uk with your drop name.
