If it hasn&#x27;t arrived, the most common reason is that the email was caught by your spam or junk filter.<\/p>\n<h4>How to find your tracking information email<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Check your <strong>spam \/ junk folder<\/strong> for a dispatch email from theprintspace.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Search your inbox<\/strong> for the order reference, or for &quot;dispatch&quot; or &quot;tracking&quot;.<\/li>\n<li>Add our sending address to your <strong>safe senders<\/strong> list so future dispatch emails reach your inbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Find tracking in your creativehub account<\/h4>\n<p>As an alternative, you can find your tracking information \u2014 and your invoices \u2014 directly in your account. Log into <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sell.creativehub.io\">sell.creativehub.io<\/a><\/strong> and go to <strong>Orders &amp; Invoices<\/strong> in the left menu, then choose the order date range you want to look at.
