You add it in your account settings.<\/p>\n<h4>Adding your sales tax registration details<\/h4>\n<p>Go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Financial \u2192 VAT registration<\/strong>, then:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <strong>VAT registration<\/strong> card.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your region with the toggle: <strong>EU (with VIES validation)<\/strong> or <strong>Non-EU<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your details:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EU<\/strong> \u2014 pick your country from the dropdown, then enter the number <strong>without<\/strong> the country prefix (e.g. `123456789`, not `DE123456789`).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-EU<\/strong> \u2014 type your 2-letter country code, then your VAT or tax ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Validate &amp; save<\/strong> (EU) or <strong>Save<\/strong> (Non-EU).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The country prefix is added automatically and appears on your merchant rollup invoices. If you&#x27;re not VAT or tax registered, leave this blank.<\/p>\n<h4>How VAT works on your orders<\/h4>\n<p>There are two layers to be aware of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>theprintspace charges VAT only on the fulfilment cost<\/strong>, by destination: UK 20%, Germany\/EU 19%, EU reverse-charge (zero-rated) if you provide a valid EU VAT number, and Rest of World 0%.
