{"id":3980,"date":"2022-10-19T11:07:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T10:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.co.uk\/help\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=3980"},"modified":"2024-02-09T15:19:03","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T15:19:03","slug":"cannot-connect-woocommerce-with-creativehub","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.co.uk\/help\/knowledge-base\/cannot-connect-woocommerce-with-creativehub\/","title":{"rendered":"Why can&#8217;t I connect my WooCommerce (WordPress) store with creativehub?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Unlike our other integrations such as Shopify &amp; Squarespace, WooCommerce (WordPress) is a self hosted open source system which means it is less of a controlled environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our WooCommerce service is fully functional, however, due to the above there can be unique settings applied to your WordPress site that can cause conflicts with our Connection Process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot connect your WooCommerce store please try the following 2 things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Server security settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use a 3rd party such as Cloudflare for security, it is likely this service is blocking the communication from our servers via their bot detection service or something similar.
