If orders aren't syncing or your store connection isn't behaving, refreshing it \u2014 disconnecting and reconnecting your store \u2014 usually puts things right.<\/p>\n

Refresh your store connection<\/h4>\n

  1. Go to Settings<\/strong> and find your store's tile.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Disconnect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Refresh your web browser.<\/li>\n
  4. Click your store's tile again and run through the authorisation flow to reconnect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Swapping to a different account<\/h4>\n

    If you want to switch to a different account on the same platform without fully disconnecting, use Switch<\/strong> instead of Disconnect.<\/p>\n

    After you reconnect<\/h4>\n
