{"id":568,"date":"2020-09-24T17:23:23","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T16:23:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.co.uk\/help\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=568"},"modified":"2023-02-08T15:38:01","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T15:38:01","slug":"can-i-change-the-sales-settings-i-applied","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.co.uk\/help\/knowledge-base\/can-i-change-the-sales-settings-i-applied\/","title":{"rendered":"Can I update my print product settings in creativehub?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>How you can update your product in creativehub and what you\u2019ll need to do in your store for those updates to be reflected in the live product.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"getting-started\">Why update your print product settings?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a few reasons why you may want to update the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.co.uk\/help\/knowledge-base\/how-do-i-apply-sales-settings-to-files-i-want-to-sell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sales settings<\/a> applied to your files in creativehub once they have been imported to your store:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>You want to change the paper stock of your on-sale products.<\/li><li>You want to change the sizes of your on-sale products.<\/li><li>You want to add or remove a variant, for example a sizing option.<\/li><li>You want to apply limited edition settings to an existing product or edit existing limited edition settings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"what-should-i-do-in-shopify\">Updating your print product settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once logged into your creativehub account and select the files you wish to update in your online store. Here you can update your sales settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Do I need to reimport the product to my online store?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you make changes to the product variants in creativehub&nbsp;<strong>you must re import these updates to your online store.<\/strong>&nbsp;If you do not, the product in your store will not update to reflect these changes and the product will be out of sync. This will result in us&nbsp;not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.co.uk\/help\/knowledge-base\/what-is-the-order-fulfilment-process-with-shopify-art-sales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fulfilling your order<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We allow you to import the updates you have made to the product variants without affecting your custom information on your store product page listing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, you may have custom prices, additional images or worked on your product page SEO that you do not want to have overwritten when importing these variant updates.
