When you sell a print product on your website, your customer completes the transaction on your website and pays you for the product in full. We debit you via a separate transaction for the fulfilment costs<\/a>. You can learn more about this process here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a payment card for these fulfilment costs do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right of the page<\/li>
  2. Select \u2018Art store settings\u2019 from the drop down options<\/li>
  3. Click \u2018Payment settings\u2019 on the left hand side menu<\/li>
  4. Add your card<\/li>
  5. Authenticate your card via the 3D secure popup (this process is different depending on your bank) <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
