How does the payment for art sales work?
When a sale is made in your Shopify store, the full payment is paid by the customer directly into your Shopify account. This then goes into your nominated bank account.
You’re then debited separately for the production and fulfilment costs by creativehub, via your creativehub account.
You must have a payment card in your art store settings on creativehub to be able to process art sales orders.
How do I add my card details?
- To add a payment card, sign into your creativehub account
- Then click your name on the top right of the screen.
- Click on ‘Art store settings’ , and then to the left of the screen there will be a menu with ‘Payment settings’. Click here, and you can now add or edit a payment card.
