When you sell a print product on your website, your customer completes the transaction on your website and pays you for the product in full. We debit you via a separate transaction for the fulfilment costs. You can learn more about this process here.

To add a payment card for these fulfilment costs do the following:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right of the page
  2. Select ‘Art store settings’ from the drop down options
  3. Click ‘Payment settings’ on the left hand side menu
  4. Add your card
  5. Authenticate your card via the 3D secure popup (this process is different depending on your bank)
