We notify you via email when we dispatch your customer’s order. This email contains the tracking information that you can use to track the order or update the order status on your website.

You can also get this information from your creativehub account. Log into your creativehub account, and navigate to Art store settings > Store fulfilment. Select the order date range you want to look at and you will find tracking information and invoices.
